9 Months Old Today

Will had his 9 month appointment and it turns out he's actually going down in his percentiles, not up. He weighs 20 lbs (45th percentile) and is 28 inches long (also the 45th percentile). I guess all this moving around is burning some calories.

Apple Orchard

We took Will apple picking yesterday and had a great time. It was a beautiful day and Will was more than willing to try the apples!

First Art Project

Will enjoyed making his first art project. The only difficulty was getting him to open his hands for the prints. Oh- And that his right hand is stained red. Oops!

Crawling!

I was beginning to think Will was going to skip crawling all together and go straight to walking, but I'm happy to announce: this past weekend he decided it was time! This video is a little long, so I apologize. I hope you enjoy it though!

My Blue Eyed Babe

We had a great time camping with the Schumanns' this weekend, but unfortunately our camera battery died while we were there. Thus, no pictures from this past weekend. Sorry! Will and Noelle really hit it off and we look forward to doing it again next year.

Stairs!!!

Still not crawling, but apparently stairs can be conquered. I watched Will slowly climb the stairs taking pictures the whole time and then it happened. Yep, he fell backwards down the stairs. My not so quick reflexes did not help the situation. Luckily, he was a trooper and recovered quickly. No Mother of the Year Award here!

First Love

Cheryl had the nerve to tell me Sarah found a new boyfriend at daycare. I don't believe it. I still see the spark between these two. You just never forget your first love.

Back Together Again

Will and I are very happy Anand is finally back from Spain. It was a loooooong week! Especially when I wasn't feeling well. Will remembered his Daddy.

It's A Good Thing He's Cute...

because he's a naughty little thing. He's officially into everything he's not supposed to be. I thought this wouldn't happen until he could crawl, but I guess being the fastest army crawler in history gets the job done.

Big Boy Tub

Will has finally graduated to the real bath tub. We think he's enjoying it.

We'd like everyone to notice all the hair Will has been growing. He does have a little, but it never shows up in pictures. We thought this would be a good opportunity to show off his lushous growing locks.

Kitchen Helper

Will's been enjoying all sorts of spoons and utensils while I make dinner. It's a good way to keep him busy. Now I need to find something equally as interesting for him to do when we actually want to eat.

New Foods

Will has added cheese and apparently apples to his diet. He's willing to try just about anything, especially if he sees us eating it. Anand said Will hasn't sat in his lap like that in months. He's usually got better things to do than just sit back and relax.

We've Got A Stander!

Will has discovered how to pull up to a standing position all by himself. I think he's enjoying this new view, since he's now pulling up on everything. Life just got a little bit harder for us. He has yet to figure out how to get back down.
